Created to celebrate the generosity and hard work of the "Ladies in Yellow", our Battle of Flowers Earrings explode in a celebration of yellow! The Battle of Flowers Parade is the only large-scale parade in the United States that is produced entirely by women. The Festival began in 1891 as a way to honor the heroes of the Alamo and the Battle of San Jacinto.
