Hazel Smyth offers shipping via UPS Ground. *You may request overnight or second day delivery for an additional charge. All packages are shipped insured. A street address and phone number are required for all shipments.

You will receive your order 5-7 business days after it is shipped. We will ship your order within 5 business days following your placement. Please keep in mind that we do not carry all items in stock, as items are all handmade. If shipment of your order is to be delayed we will contact you by email with an estimated deliver date. Please contact us if you have any special requests or concerns with the delivery time of your order.

* Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada orders will be charged and shipped via the UPS 2nd Day Service or faster, if requested.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Hazel Smyth purchase! However, if for any reason you need to return your selection, we will accept returns within 10 business days of your receipt. Please email for a return authorization. We will reimburse you for the purchase price of the returned item provided:

  1. We receive the item in its original condition with tags still in place.
  2. A return authorization is enclosed.
  3. The return has been prepaid and insured for your own protection.
  4. The return has been securely packaged in a box to protect the item in transit.

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the items back to us. Please note the order error or specific defects when requesting the return authorization.

Materials & Care

Gold - 14k gold vermeil plated cast pieces combined with 14k gold filled findings and chain. Clean with common blue liquid jewelry cleaners followed by a jewelry polishing cloth. If piece contains soft stones like pearls, turquoise, or coral, use jewelry polishing cloth in those areas instead.  All earring posts are made of sterling silver.
